Today, garments are not designed for recycling, however this brand has focused their effort to solve what so called design mistakes that would lead to having items not recyclable, such as metal rivets, buttons, zippers, fantasies and polyester labels.
HNST jeans contain 56% recycled cotton, 23% Greek cotton, and 21% Tencel. As a result, they only require 361 liters of water per pair, which means this Belgian brand is reducing water consumption by 95% compared to industry standards.
