fatto @scampia
fatto @ scampia, is a social cooperative which aims to involve disadvantaged people in regularly carried out work activities, in a neighborhood notorious for the drug trafficking of the Camorra in Naples, Italy.
This company has two hubs, one for tailoring and one for bookbinding and paper converting, which employ a dozen people, almost all women.
In addition to the normal production activities, the tailoring currently hosts either very young people from the area involved in a school-work alternation path, which aims to combat early school leaving through the professional and personal growth of students or trainees, almost always young non-EU women who are preparing to face the world of work.
